1. ORDERING
Choose a design. Complete an order form. A deposit of 50% of your order is required.
2. PROOF
Once Fonte Design has received your signed order, a proof of your invitation will be sent to you for authorisation.
3. DELIVERY
Fonte Design will notify you once your stationery is complete and ready to be dispatched· The remaining 50% is required. The goods are dispatched to you.
SAMPLES Please call Fonte Design on 01923 332005 if you require any assistance or require a sample to help you make that important decision.Samples will be charged at unit price and compensated once an order has been placed.
BESPOKE DESIGNS
If you are fond of the designs but wish to tailor them according to your own preferences, please let us know. We will work closely with you to achieve the required artwork for that special day! Please ask for more information as extra charges may be incurred.
PROOFS
Once your order form has been processed, a proof of your invitation will be sent to you. This is your opportunity to make any amends. For any text amendments, please complete the 'authorisation form' and return the form and any items for amendments. Once the items have been amended, they will be sent to you for approval. N.B - As the process of printing is irreversible, it is the customer's responsibility to check the items carefully before written authorisation is given. Fonte Design will not be held responsible for any print errors made on behalf of the customer
DELIVERY
Fonte Design will write to confirm that the items are ready to be dispatched and we will request the remaining amount to be sent by cheque via post or bank transfer. We aim to ship all goods within 7/8 working days of cleared funds being received. All items are shipped via Royal Mail recorded delivery or special next day delivery. Prices quoted are for delivery to mainland UK ONLY. SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN ETC. ARE SUBJECT TO A CARRIAGE SURCHARGE.
PAYMENT
We currently only except:
Cheque - Please make cheques payable to Fonte Design,
Cash payments and
Bank transfers.
CANCELLATIONS
Cooling off period: the customer has 5 working days to cancel the signed order. The amount will be completely refunded within 5-10 working days. If a job is cancelled after the cooling off period, we reserve the right to charge 30% of the total signed order fee. However, if a bespoke job is cancelled we reserve the right to charge the total amount of the signed order fee.
